PLEASE R.S.V.P. by Wednesday, October 8th by email to treasurer@cincijagclub Takes Us on the "Serpent of 62" from Lawrenceburg to Historic Madison, Indiana No place is more colorful than southern Indiana in mid-October. Our road tour begins at the 4-Speed on 50s Diner in Lawrenceburg.* After our “driver’s meeting” we’ll get full instructions with a map and routing for a challenging 50+ mile run down the “Serpent of 62”. We’ll experience hills, valleys, twists and tight turns as we motor through quaint small towns including Dillsboro, Friendship, Cross Plains, Canaan and China before we arrive in Madison. At noon we’ll gather at the Madison Visitors Center and choose from among a dozen unique restaurants, taverns, and wineries to quench our thirst. Then, you and your companions are free to explore Madison’s unique shopping, or stroll the beautiful 1.5 mile Riverwalk, or visit nearby Clifty Falls State Park with it’s 1700 wooded acres, driving loop and waterfalls. Set your own pace before choosing one of several colorful routes home along the mighty Ohio River. It’s a top down drive through some of America’s most scenic areas. * Sign up by October 8th. Then plan to arrive by 10:00 a.m. at the 4-Speed on 50s Diner, at 479 Eads Pkwy. in Lawrenceburg. Turn right at the light on Doughty Drive and use the parking lot at the rear of the building. After a “Driver’s Meeting" we’ll form up by 10:30 a.m. to begin our tour down the “Serpent of 62”, but be careful — the “snake” can bite! October Club Meeting

Our last event of the season also is our favorite: Trunk-or-Treat! Costumes, candy, and Halloween car decor are HIGHLY encouraged. We love how much this car community gets into spooky season. Fun for the whole family!
